How do I return an item?

Should you need to return an item purchased from Navika, either via our web site www.navika.com, phone, or fax, please contact customer service at 1-800-NAVIKA-1 and request a Return Authorization Number from a Navika Customer Service associate. When contacting Navika about authorization, please be sure to have your invoice number available to assist you in a timely manner.

NOTE: There is a 25% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE (unless deemed defective, damaged upon receipt, or shipped in error). Credit will be issue after merchandise arrives in our warehouse for processing.
