Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Please check with your local and state tax laws should you be required to report any taxes paid for online purchases.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 1-800-NAVIKA-1, or e-mail us for further assistance at sales@navika.com. Be sure to include your order/invoice # to expedite your inquiry.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Please check the e-mail account you indicated during the registration and checkout process for a copy of your order receipt/invoice. Also, our e-commerce enhanced web site includes many account management capabilities enabling you to view/print recent order invoices, follow up on the status of your order(s), update account-related details, etc. To access your account, simply click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our web site.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  For your added protection, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
