|I cannot add items to the shopping cart to checkout? What do I do?|
|Some common causes for shopping cart-related issues are:
1.) Anti Virus, Firewall, or Anti Phishing Software (i.e. Norton Anti Virus - temporarily disabling may resolve issues)
2.) Web Browser Security Updates - missing security-related patches or updates
3.) Linking to www.navika.com from an older bookmark (favorite)
